Free Trial:

If you are signing up for our free, 7-day trial your trial date starts on the first day of your call. You have a full seven days to give I Do Epic a try before you are billed. If you decide I Do Epic is not right for you, let us know before your free trial is over and you will not be billed. If it's after seven days (or super late on the 7th day), you will be billed, but we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee... so you can still cancel and get a prompt refund if it doesn't work out for you!

Payment: Monthly

If you are purchasing a monthly subscription (which is what you will automatically be on after your free trial is over), every month we will bill your credit card the monthly fee stated at the time of purchase. As soon as you have successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your subscription will begin.

Payment: Annual

If you are purchasing an annual subscription, each year we will bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase. As soon as you have successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your subscription will begin. With the annual option, you have 30-days from the day you purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. If you cancel after your first 30-days, no refund will be given.

Renewal: Annual

After that, we'll renew your annual subscription automatically, unless you cancel before your renewal date. Your renewal date will be the same day of every month if you are purchasing the monthly subscription option, or the same day of every year if you are purchasing the annual subscription option.

We will give you a head's up that your yearly fee is renewing about 7 days before it happens, as long as you keep your email address current with us. With both subscriptions, you can enjoy the locked-in rate of today's purchase with the special guarantee that it will never go up in price.

We'd hate to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel, simply send us an email and we'll make sure you aren't charged again! No hassle - and no need to call in.
